From hurricane ground zero to border crises, from briefing rooms to burn units, Weiss has lived on the sharp edge of American readiness (or lack thereof). He’s trained the boots on the ground, challenged the suits in charge, and written more books than some public officials have read. Weiss is the founder of E.G. Weiss & Associates, 1910 Publishing Co., and co-founder of VirtuSafe. Weiss has worked with everyone from the local response agency in a town of 200 to the alphabet soup that is our Federal agencies. He is known across the country for blending deep subject matter expertise with blunt commentary and just enough sarcasm to keep the burnout at bay.
